Eating Disorders Anonymous Big Book Step Study Workshop

The main focus of the EDA Big Book Step Study Workshop will be using EDA’s “Big Book” and working the Steps together. EDA’s founders and original members will discuss the founding of EDA, its differences from other Twelve-Step programs, and the EDA concept of “Balance.” We will provide guidance on how to bring the workshop content back to your local communities. The founding members along with an Eating Disorders speaker will be sharing some of their experience, strength, and hope in recovery with us.
